Life's Simple Pleasures

And yet another vital milestone has been reached at the March house: The ability to tip the bowl and drink the remaining milk after eating cereal!
Gone are the days of endlessly attempting to drink the remaining milk with the spoon, leaving mini-puddles on the table and floor, and screaming when Mommy wants to take the bowl away too soon. You may not realize the significance of this if you do not have toddlers, but someday you will.
Someday you will.

It's Been Nice Knowing You...

Alright. I often complain about this verbally, but now you can read all about it: I should have obtained my masters' degree PRIOR to having children. And now, as my program nears completion (I say "nears" because I am only 5 courses away -- these may take years to actually finish), the courses demand more and more. Two phrases that do not go together: "working mother," and "graduate student." Shawn is taking courses this term as well. At any given moment at the March house, someone is on the computer and someone is managing children. Occasionally this is the same person. At least we can fully empathize with each others' needs for completing assignments while juggling an 8 month-old on the lap. You may not hear from me until finals...
